- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Time
- Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after order processing, depending on your location.
- Remote or less accessible areas may require additional time.
3. Delivery Method
- All orders are shipped via trusted local courier partners.
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only — payment is made to the courier upon receiving your order.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping is free on orders above a specified minimum value (if applicable — specify here if needed).
- For orders below the minimum value, standard shipping charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.
5. Delivery Notifications
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email with tracking details (if available).
6. Missed Delivery
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt re-delivery once.
- After two failed attempts, the order may be canceled, and shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded.
7. Delivery Area
