4. Refund Process
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, a refund will be issued in cash at the time of pickup or via an agreed method within 7 business days.
- Note: We do not offer refunds for items returned after 48 hours or used/damaged by the customer.
5. Non-Returnable Items
